Ed assisted with a trust sale of our long time family home. Selling our family home of 50+ years was very emotional. Ed helped us remain focused on the business of the sale without negating the personal challenges we faced in the process. Ed offered sound, thorough advice on the preparation of the sale and had all the resources for us to tap into to help prepare the home. Perhaps one of the qualities I appreciated most besides Ed's overall professionalism was his calm, non "salesy" demeanor. Ed's long time, detailed knowledge of the Bay Area (and specifically the Peninsula and Silicon Valley) resulted in the successful marketing of our home and a quick, straightforward, successful sale. I highly recommend Ed!

I have joined his office since moving from San Mateo last June 2018, and since I joined his team my income has nearly tripled and he has given me so much personal help, has spoken to my clients in person and spent the extra time other managers don't. I have known Ed Gory for about three years. He is an amazing leader. I transferred to Intero San Carlos about six months ago from the now closed San Mateo office. Eds door is always open and available to his agents on any problems with a transaction or bounce and idea on a new up coming listing. Intero San Carlos, in my mind, is the best place to work and the best brokerage on the Mid Peninsula.

Ed Gory helped me buy my first house back in 2010. As a first time buyer I had no idea exactly what I wanted - Ed was very patient and showed me all kinds of properties throughout San Mateo County, and I think he figured out what I liked and didn't like much faster than I did. When we looked at my current townhouse for the first time he knew it matched what I was looking for and got everything rolling to close the transaction - I've verbally recommended a few friends towards Ed while they were looking, and I'm happy to send some more people his way. Whenever I'm in the market again I'm definitely going to call Ed first.

Oh, and as an added bonus Ed has some great client parties - a nice time to reconnect and see how he's doing.

If I were going to sell or buy another house, I would certainly go to Ed Gory - I
inherited a house and was putting it on the market. Of course everyone had a
real estate agent that was great that they recommended. However, after I heard of Ed, he came out and looked it all over - gave me a nice figure that was very different than others -said he was pretty sure he could do better - he did. No strain, paperwork taken care of etc -You can depend on Ed to do a great job.

we worked with ed on the purchase of our home in redwood shores. ed is deeply experienced in the local market and negotiated perfectly with the listing agent to make sure we got our new home at an acceptable price. i don't know of any other agent who would go to similar lengths to make a client happy.

we would work with ed anytime. highest recommendations.
