Maria began her career in recruiting, a natural fit due to her love for people. From there she ventured into sales and small business, opening The Vine Christian Bookstore in Marysville. Years later, after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies, Maria hit the ground running in Real Estate by joining Intero Real Estate Services.  

Maria has played a pivotal role in the expansion of the Yuba City Intero office. As General Manager, she enjoys public relations, recruiting and agent support for Intero. She has a heart for serving and has worked with local churches and organizations such as Hope Point and Moms In Prayer International. 

Maria is guided by principles of trust, respect and integrity. She is very active in the business community and proudly serves as an Ambassador for the Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce. For fun she loves camping, boating, traveling and fancy's herself a true patron of the arts. She adores her husband and three children and has been proud to call Yuba City home for 19 years.

When we went to look at a house that seemed to meet the criteria that we were looking for, we met Maria. We were not looking for an agent and indeed I consider Maria more our friend than an our agent, but she was an amazing agent! We loved the house, but we had extremely unusually financing. Maria worked with us when we need special contracts...which she often wrote up within hours! She educated us on a lot and together through months of hard work and bureaucratic red tape of my financing, she helped us secure our home which we love. She is personable and will work hard day and night to get you what you want.

Maria is such and excellent realtor. She made the process of buying a home easier than expected. She was always available and most importantly at short-notice!! She will go out of her way to show us properties at our own schedules (when they were not at open house time). Great at transferring our concerns with the seller and ready to getting us more banks for our bucks. We still call her to ask diverse questions related to the house and neighborhood. We now consider her a friend for life.

I went into the home buying process very unsure of how it all works, scared I couldn't get a home loan or afford a home. I found a home I fell in love with on line and when I scheduled a tour I was fortunate enough to have Maria return the call.

Maria was fabulous! I inquired about a home online and Maria called me within 10 minutes to introduce herself and set up a time to view the home the next day. She was very patient with us being new to the home buying process. Maria was never pushy and was open and honest even if it meant not recommending a particular house. She was knowledgeable and so helpful in assisting us choose the home we wanted to buy. I couldn’t recommend Maria more highly as a realtor. I’m still amazed at how far above and beyond she went to take care of us!
