Nicoli Group is a great bunch of people to work with! Not only did they sell my house in 4 days they help me through it every step of the way. We had our property on sale for two years with another realtor. Within a month after listing with Dominic, we had more genuine potential buyers view the property than we had during the previous listing and received two written offers for purchase. One of these resulted in a cash sale of our property for 95% of the listed price to a highly qualified buyer.
Our property had a very small pool of potential buyers because of its somewhat remote location, poor economic times and the $2.5 M listing price. Perhaps it was a matter of luck that Dominic found two offers and an acceptable sale in such a short time. But we certainly are glad that we listed with someone having the required contacts AND such luck behind him.
We were treated with courtesy and respect by Dominic, Jackie and their staff, with thorough advice but no pressure to accept a lower price than we were comfortable with.
