Buying a home in today’s high interest world is tough, especially when you have certain stipulations with tax requirements. Needing to close the home in 90 days I shopped a couple lenders for 1031 exchange but everyone was trying to take advantage of the situation. Jared went above and beyond not only finding a very good rate, but stayed on follow up with my realtor to make sure everything goes smoothly.
