If you're as fortunate as we were, Veronica will be the person who takes your first call. She made a very daunting process (for us) move along so easily...because she is great at what she does. We weren't able to meet due to covid-19, but we still connected on a personal level. Down the road, when things settle down again, Jennifer and I look forward to saying 'thank you' in person.

We bought our first house in Lake County 10 years ago. Our realtor, at that venture, was phenomenal in helping us buy our first home during a crazy time in the real estate market. Fast forward 10 years, and our last realtor unavailable, a house unexpectedly coming on the market in our neighborhood, and we needed to act quickly. Veronica was wonderful to work with. She worked with me to establish a realistic listing price based on the current market. I was very pleased and excited that my home was in escrow within 4 days of listing!!!
She helped negotiate the terms so both I and the buyer were happy. She kept up with the massive paperwork and timeframes throughout the entire process. My home closed with no glitches and I am a very happy seller!

Veronica was the best agent ever! She went above and beyond her duties. It took us over a year to find the perfect home but Veronica never gave up on us. She showed great attention to detail with every part of our purchase, from viewing the home to writing offers and counter offers. I was in touch with her several times a day and she was always willing to check on things and get back to me promptly. Veronica even surprised us with special touches to our new home as we started to move in! I would highly recommend Veronica to all our friends. It was a great experience!

Veronica Baylor is an extraordinary real estate agent who represented me and took care of me throughout the process of selling my vacation home. My husband and I shared a cabin that was very special to us, and when he passed away, it became very difficult for me to continue to go there. Veronica was exceptionally sensitive to my circumstances and made me feel confident about putting my cabin up for sale. She arranged for a professional photographer who took wonderful pictures, and she did a write up/description that truly conveyed everything that was special and unique about the cabin. She stayed in constant contact with me and supported me through every aspect of the sale. I cannot recommend her highly enough-she is fantastic!

Veronica is the third realtor I've used as I'm selling my second house and buying my third. There really is a difference in the home buying and selling experience when your luckey enough to find a realtor like Veronica. I don't believe I've ever called with a question that wasn't answered with in the hour. She is very flexible working around your schedule and not hers. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I truly believes she cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Veronica whether your in the market to buy or sell a house.

Our search for a new home started after the Valley Fire, the same timeframe as a great many other people in this area. We were referred to Veronica by someone we trusted, and it worked out better than we could have imagined. She was resourceful in finding us properties to see, and was flexible in setting up times that fit our schedule. When our first escrow fell through, she encouraged us to remain hopeful and continue searching. Once we found "The Place!" Veronica made herself available for multiple site visits, and was there for all of the inspections. She was in constant communication with the lender and the escrow company to keep the process moving forward. We are very thankful for all Veronica has done to help us find and purchase our amazing property!
