I’ve known Jon since we were in high school. I purchased my first home in 2019 and Jon made it an easy transaction. As you know it can be very stressful gathering documents and statements. Thanks Jon for a very walking me through the process and making this as seamless as possible. I generally do not like working with bankers/realtors/loan officers for the simple reason it revolves around money. That being said our conversations never really felt like we were talking about money. To elaborate it felt like a colleague helping me out with some digital paperwork, so it was comfortable and not stressful at all. This was all due to Jons light approach and no beating around the bush.

Jon and Johanna did a fabulous job with my most recent refinancing!!!

They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and always available to answer all sorts of questions that I managed to throw their way. They made a very complicated process as simple and as painless as it could be. They were invaluable in managing the different people involved and paid attention to every last detail, so that I would not have to. It is without any hesitation that I would use them on my next real estate transaction. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone that is about to go through the refinancing or the home buying process.

Working with Jon and Johanna will feel like you constantly have professionals on your side that is looking out for YOUR best interests.

A couple of other things to point out:

First, they hustled the process along for me the best they could. I felt like they supported me at all hours of the day, with whatever issues might have come up. To reiterate, they were both always available to answer all my questions and to help me sort through the various levels of complications that the home buying and closing process brought.

Second, they used technology in a way that made both communication, as well as document transfers fast, secure and easy. It was nice to be able to use modern communication techniques to expedite this process and to do so securely.

Finally, in a process as stressful and as drawn out as this, it was just nice dealing with personable and nice people. While this was a real estate / business transaction, it certainly felt like the people on my team were looking out for my best interests, and that to me is absolutely invaluable.

Jon and Johanna knocked it out of the park and I look forward to doing my next real estate transaction with their help!

I've worked with several mortgage bankers and Jonathan has been by far the best. He always responded to my questions in a timely manner and gave us great direction. From the beginning Jonathan and his team were very professional, informative, and friendly. Anytime I had a question they were there to answer it and give me any updates.
