If you are trying to wade through the headache of finding a Realtor, stop and call Shamil , I have worked with another Real Estate company in selling my Mothers property. All they did was the Smoke and Mirror act in how much they could due for me! I had seen Shamil"s flyer for Intero Realty and seen that he had sold other properties in Newpark Village. I contacted Shamil and set up a meeting for the next day. When we met the was no Smoke and Mirrors act and was straight forward on what he could do for me. I had moved out of the Bay Area and he took over to sell my property. During that time he stepped up and went over the top to meet my requirements due to that i was a four hour drive away. He would called me when issues arose during the Sale of my home and he advised me how to handle them. Shamil only had one weekend open house for my property and had a offer on Monday.
