Hoi find me a great off-market deal for my first home.
He is so responsive and 24/7 on call. As a first-time buyer, I have tons of questions and misunderstandings, but Hoi did a great job to educate me not only on the house itself, but also the loan and market with his great patience. Hoi also acted as an all-round agent, he reacted quickly and find me a great loan team to save my loan in middle of the contract, even it is not his primary responsibility. He also tried his best to help me to solve tenants issue, even help me to looking for contractors for my house renovation. I would strongly recommend him!
