I know Nancy Chen Team for over 5 years . I let them manage my house when I move out to another state. They offered worry-free service when managing my house. When I decide to come back to Vegas, I let Nancy's team sell the house with tenant in place. Thru their great service , tenant is very cooperative showing and early move out . They are very responsible in communicating and coordinating with the seller and the loan officer; they have indeed protected the interests of the buyer. As well as all kinds of suggestions, I didn’t have to put much thought and energy into the whole process. In the end, the transfer went smoothly and I got the house I like one month earlier than I originally planned. They are a great team.
