Bob and I have worked with Cynthia for years in her role at PCF Management, helping to manage our townhouse as a rental property. When it came time to sell the home, it made perfect sense to continue to work with Cynthia on the sale. She was able to handle all the turnover from our last tenant, guided us on which items we should take care of before putting the house on the market, and arranged for everything. When the first sale fell through, she advocated on our behalf. She kept us appraised of what was happening and kept us on track with the items we needed to address until we got to closing.
