I have been with DPR Realty for about 14 years. DPR Realty has so much to offer to any agent, experienced or a beginner. They are easy to work with. They offer free education, free file management software, including DigiSign, free access to Zipforms and much more. I am also very proud to work for this company because of the management. They are professionals that truly care for the agency and for their agents. I have really been pleased with my past couple of years belonging to DPR Realty. The Designated Broker, Matt Deuitch, in the Mesa office has been extremely pleasant and personable, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. He not only emails responses to my questions, but will call me to go through things that are more complicated and requiring an opportunity for me to ask additional questions. He makes me feel as though I am in a small boutique brokerage, not one with 4 offices throughout the Valley.
I think we have been blessed with great women as our Office Managers! First was our never to be forgotten, Linda, who retired and now we have the bright and welcoming, Krista! She has taken to her new position fabulously.
I also appreciate the free 3 hour credit classes provided regularly in our conference room, which is also available to us for buyer or seller appointments.
I am truly excited because DPR is just rolling out in May, 2017, transaction assistance! Woo hoo! I can't wait to take advantage of the new services and be able to grow my business even more. Way to go, DPR! Thank you for again providing great service to you Realtors! :D

In our 25 years as Realtors in the Greater Phoenix Area, we have been agents for three other companies, prior to our affiliation with DPR Realty LLC. The reason for our change to DPR initially was because of our concern of the financial condition of our previous brokerage. Since we had previous association with one of DPR's Brokers, we decided to give this firm a try. We have never been more satisfied with a company than we are with DPR. Even though there are other brokerages that have less expensive fees to their agents, we feel that DPR is fiscally strong, offers great agent support and training, up to date / modern facilities though out the valley and GREAT people to work with from the ownership and corporate level down to each branch. DPR Realty LLC is an incredible company to be affiliated with. They truly are professionals!

I have been with DPR for approximately 10 years. I have watched various leaders leave or retire. Change can be disruptive for your business, but not with DPR. Although those that are gone will always be missed, the quality of the new people has been excellent. I feel at home with DPR. If I have ever needed anything, a helpful hand or mind has always been available. DPR keeps up with change of all kinds. They continuous provide tools that can help an agent find both success and ease for all their business needs.

I have loved the Broker support! I was concerned when making my decision initially that with all of the agents that DPR has that a Broker wouldn't be available to me when I needed one. Boy, was I wrong!!! I have consistently had excellent response times from "my" Broker. I really only use 1, Matt, and he is quick to respond (shortly or within a few hours), supportive, clear with directions, and great at follow up.
They offer free classes, "Meet the Broker" question and answer times, the use of the conference room, and computer area. The Mesa location also has the most amazing secretary at the front desk, Linda!
I recommend joining DPR Realty as a great 100% option!

Communication with brokers is quick and they are always helpful to keep me out of trouble. I would not think about working with anyone else.

I came to DPR Realty about 4 years ago and it was the best move I have ever did. The broker support is amazing and very supportive of your success. The fees are very low and you get to keep your full commission. I love how DPR is like one big family and everyone cares for each other, they know you by name, your not just another body. The office staff is so amazing at all of the locations. I would recommend and I do to all agents that is looking to make a move or just need to get away from being taken advantage of "DPR ROCKS"!!!!

I work out of the Mesa office, Lynn is our broker and she is very supportive, I really do appreciate the quick follow up, and her wide range of knowledge. And of course we have Linda at the front! DPR brokers and office staff have been very supportive throughout all the years I have been with the agency. I get all my questions answered quickly and the brokers have never made me feel bad about asking them. The fees are also reasonable. Great company to work for as there are no crazy sales meetings or unrealistic goals to be met. I joined DPR in 2011 after interviewing several brokers. As a new agent, training and mentoring were very important to me. Carol Lewis and Mariesa Arthur were instrumental in my early success. With DPR, I have the freedom to develop my own marketing plan and branding, but I know when I have questions or a "situation", my brokers are there to help. I love DPR's low fees! I work hard at my business and for my clients. I appreciate being able to keep a large percentage of my commission! Even with low fees, DPR still offers classes, office space, and many other services.
