Our experience with Tracy has been positive in every way, from beginning to end. Tracy was always available to answer our many, many questions, he took it upon himself to make sure we understood the mortgage application process, and he was always patient and courteous, no matter how mane times we asked for the same points of clarification! He was willing to take the time to work with us when all of the 'big banks' we approached did nothing.
Tracy was courteous, kind, knowledgable, and trustworthy, and I don't think anyone could ask anything more of another person in any type of situation. I often remind myself that people won't always remember the specific things that I do, but they will remember the way I make them feel.
