Unlike some who overpromise and underperform, crashing one's expectations, Chad underpromised and overperformed, exceeding my expectations in his helpfulness, thoroughness, completeness in assisting with my loan package. My mother, who grew up in the days of the Model T where more than one broke their arm with the kick-back from the hand cranked firing up of the engine, she would have called Chad a self-starter--no one has to crank him up to get him going in the morning. in today's terminology, not that of the past, on a scale of 1 to 10, he's an 11!
