My family and I were fortunate enough to call the area home about 13 years ago. Moving originally from Minnesota(GO VIKINGS), in 1998 and landing in the Los Gatos and Almaden Valley area of San Jose, California. Subsequently moved to Grass Valley in 2005 and continued raising our 3 children in the excellent schools in the area and spent many, many hours exploring the beauty the area has to offer. The sense of community, the mountains, music, trails for biking and hiking, the wineries, the proximity to options; Tahoe, Bay Area, Coast, International airports within an hour, all played a role in the decision to move and the success and fulfillment for our family.
I took my innate enthusiasm, passion, hard-work, and problem solving, combined with my personal home buying/selling and building experiences and poured it into my Real Estate career. This has resulted in becoming a top producing agent that understands common sense, the desires and concerns of my clients, and the benefit of a win/win outcome for all parties of the transaction.
I am motivated and willing to make great effort to see that the clients are prepared, informed and valued by offering a full service approach. What can I say? If you are looking for someone to represent you in your quest to purchase your dream property, I don't think you can do better than Christine Kirks and her partner Marissa Dardi. A few months back, my girlfriend and I decided we wanted to find a rural property in Nevada county. It all started with a simple phone call. After discussing what we were looking for, Christine and Marissa met with me at their office and came up with a game plan of visiting properties in the area. We visited several different properties in the grass valley area. We visited a few in south county before finding the one we fell in love with off hwy 174 between grass valley and colfax. A beautiful forested parcel with an NID ditch and a pond, and the trees!! Tons of cedar, pines, and oaks tucked away in a quiet secluded area. Christine and Marissa helped navigate the process of dealing with the quirks of the previous owner, who was not exactly the most popular person with the neighbors. Christine made numerous calls to the county, PG&E, as we had to explore getting electricity to the site. It had never been built on before. She got all the answers we needed to proceed with the purchase. She masterfully handled dealing with a difficult seller and his agent. Before we made an offer, several visits to the property took place. Christine went out of her way to be available for these visits, and to act as liaison on our behalf. Aside from that, she made several calls to me to update and guide us through the process. Just a joy to work with someone who genuinely cares about her clients. We found these two by chance, and I'm delighted that we did. We closed escrow in three weeks and now are the proud owners of an amazing , magical property. Couldn't have done it without these two amazing women who complement each other with their perspective skill sets. I cannot say enough about how seamless this process was because of their efforts. Christine did a great job as the seller's agent! She helped stage my house and used a great photographer to show it at it's best. There were some bumps along the way, which she worked diligently to smooth out. She even helped keep me focused when I became frustrated with the process. I will be buying a house in the near future and Christine will be my agent.

Christine was extremely helpful during the search for our new home. She knew the area and after meeting us just twice was able to zero in on exactly what we were looking for that would suit our family. We especially liked how personable she was too - not just all business, which made what is usually a stressful experience much easier and exciting. Even after the purchase she followed through and went the extra mile to help as we adjusted to the new area. Our family is very appreciative and feel fortunate to have found such a great agent to work with, and if ever needed, will definitely reach out again to her.

Being a low income first time home buyer, Cristine made sure we navigated through incredible odds. She has true care for her clients and always finds solutions and issues that may come up. With her knowledge and driven spirit she made me and my families dream come true. Not only a perfect 5, I would almost say she works too hard. All the weird times I called her for silly questions, she was only to eager to help. I couldn't be happier, I learned so much along the way. Christine was incredible when we had to sell our house! It's a tough market to sell in right now but with Christine's help we sold our house quickly and for a price we were happy with. She went above and beyond many times. She helped prep the house for pictures, juggled pets for open houses and educated an out of area agent on what our house was really worth. Plus she's a sweet wonderful person you know you can trust and feel completely comfortable with. I am so glad we found her.

I have had over the years had many different real estate agents. I have had a agent that went out her way to follow-up on details as Christine did. I live in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area. Just image how difficult it is to sell a house that is over 2,000 miles away. With this in mind I want to thank Christine for all her hard work and patience in dealing with a deceased father of mine and making the whole process less stressful. I would highly recommend Christine's for all of your Real Estate needs in the future
