What an amazing experience working with Terry! And I can say as being a top producer for 18 years in California myself, I only wish that I was working with Terry on transactions in CA! I purchased a rental property site unseen, because of how thorough her communication and responses were. I had seen a property online that I thought was perfect. She went out immediately and sent me videos that showed, no, it wasn't what I was looking for. And immediately sent another listing saying "I think you wanted something like this".
