Suzanne worked with me on my first sale in Hidden Valley Lake for my renovated authentic log home. To say there were issues with the building for this sale would be a vast understatement. I live out the county. I lost count of the number of times that Suzanne stepped in for me, (I was the original renovator), and handled the many inspection or repair issues.

When I made the decision to list my conventional HVL home for sale the following year, picking Suzanne to represent me was a simple call. Of course, the sale was went smoothly. Suzanne is the most personable and helpful agent I have ever employed, and I have sold scores of homes over my lifetime. Awesome agent!

Suzanne Robinson recently sold our home in Hidden Valley Lake. My husband and I invited 3 realtors to meet with us for the purpose of selecting a listing agent. Suzanne responded to our request within a few hours. She met with us the following day with a very professional market analysis for our home. She was able to schedule a photographer and list the property on all relevant realtor sites within two days. The "for sale" sign was on our property the day after our listing contract was signed. She hosted an "Open House" and kept us apprised of sales activity. She responded promptly to our phone and email requests. Our home closed in less than 3 months. Suzanne was always cheerful and helpful. We recommend her highly.

Suzanne Robinson is a great, very caring person and she is very professional in all she does for her clients.
She is well skilled and handles all her responsibilities with skill and professional care.
She excelled when other seasoned agents failed to deliver on all their promises. Our transaction was well handled and closed on the day it was scheduled. There were several issues she had to deal with the buyer's agent and they were handled in a timely manner.
