Amy was very patient with me and explained a lot of the home buying process which really helped me feel comfortable buying my first home. Amy never pressured me and let me take my time but moved very quickly to get me in to my new house once I made my decision. Man! I can not express how amazing Amy truly is. We had a struggle with some of the process, but Amy walked us through every step and saved mine and my husbands sanity. We would cal Amy Amy day of the week and she would either answer us or get right back to us.
Amy is so bright and so intelligent. She has a beautiful smile all the time. She is so very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone. I actually have a friend that is searching for her forever home with Amy as well

First Time Home Buyer’s
I was so nervous to buy a home for the first time. My husband and I had no clue about home buying. It was basically a second language to us. But Amy came along and helped us through EVERYTHING! She even referred us to an our amazing lender Tom. Amy is so patient and listened to our needs and our concerns and she has been amazing. I’m still in shock we are home owners! Thanks Amy!!!!

Amy went above and beyond for us. I knew the entire time she had our backs! She was in constant contact with us and we always felt in the loop. Amy was AMAZING to work with when I was selling my condo. She was thorough and explained fair market value by showing me several comparable properties and their sale prices. "Amy was fantastic to deal with. Not only did she help us sell our house she helped us find the exact house we were looking for. She took the time to explain the entire sales and purchase processes and helped us every step of the way. She was instrumental in finding us an excellent mortgage broker along with several other services that we required. The sale of our house was not an easy one but Amy did everything she could to get our house sold and was constantly involving us as the sale progressed.

Amy was an extreme pleasure to work with throughout the sale of my home! She took her time explaining the entire process, where the market was currently at and provided very well researched comps to my home. She aggressively marketed my home and within a few short days of listing, she obtained a full asking price offer! Amy was very attentive to my questions and needs from start to finish and always maintained the highest level of professionalism. She was fast to respond to all my voicemails, texts and e-mails. I would recommend Jodi/Amy over and over again for any house buying. Jodi was so patient and showed us at least 20+ homes over a few months and never once complained or seemed annoyed when we couldn’t decide. She was always available to call or text when I had million of questions through the house buying process and found our dream home. I couldn’t be more grateful and found a lifelong friend in the process. Highly highly highly recommend Jodi for anyone looking for their home.

We had such an amazing and wonderful experience with our realtor Jodi from start to finish. She made the selling of our first home an experience that was better than we could have ever expected. She was honest with us from day one and offered reassurances without ever being pushy. She was always available and responded to us immediately either through text, email, or a phone call. Jodi was always patient with us and accommodating to help us get through this process without feeling more overwhelmed than we already were, especially with our 2 young children to consider. She has also been a great reference and support person for us through our first home building experience. We can not say enough good things about her and appreciate everything she did for us to help us list, sell, and close on our first home within 30 days!

We went from needing help on getting our credit a bit better to being in a house super quick! And that was all thanks to Amy and her team! They really know what they're talking about and get you results fast. It only took two trips out to look at houses to fall in love with ours and then less than a month to closing! Everything went so smooth. We are so so so happy to be in this beautiful house! Our family ❤️ is going to be so happy for many many years to come in this home and neighborhood!
