Very happy that our home buying experience was with Kari Donner, Some outstanding qualities that Kari has are: personable, patient (giving us space and time to think through and weigh out difficult decisions), assertive when decisions need to be made in a time sensitive manner, prompt in every way (responded to calls, texts, emails and appointments), realistic but positive, and has a good understanding of residential construction (home quality).
Kari helped us look at multiple homes.
We found the home we are happy with. I'm thankful we had her to guide us through the process stress-free.

Kari was absolutely wonderful during the entire process!
Very knowledgeable with the entire process and it went very smoothly.
She was extremely patient and was available at any point we had questions. Made sure we understood everything, never rushed us on decisions and worked very hard to find us the perfect home.

She was great to work with and always answered all of our questions almost immediately. She talked to us as people and not clients and gave us advice as first time homeowners even though it most likely wouldn’t benefit her. She works for the client not the commission and we will hunt her down when we decide to find another home!

Kari went above and beyond for us in the sale of our father's home! We live out of state, so it was hard for us to coordinate things. She went out of her way to coordinate for repairs to be made! She was constantly staying on top of making sure the home was being maintained as well! We truly couldn’t have made it through this transaction without her!!

As a first time home buyer, I wasn't fully aware of the amount of leg work, paper work and patience needed to buy and close on a new home. From the very first phone call to Kari and her team, she made the transaction possible through good communication, great follow up and having the patience dealing with my mortgage company. Honestly, if Kari hadn't been as stellar as she was, I would probably still be dealing with trying to close. She was absolutely amazing and skillfully navigated me through the process.
Kari- I can't thank you enough for all the work you put in to make it all happen. Like I said above, you were amazing in handling the 'unique' situation we went through and I am sincerely blessed that you were a part of the process. Kari is a gem! She patiently and professionally guided and counseled us through a difficult and ever-changing closing situation. Kari successfully managed to keep the best interests of both buyer and seller in mind to everyone’s satisfaction. She and her team were responsive from day one, from initial showing on short notice through closing. I don’t think you’ll find a better realtor!
