Bev assisted us in selling our home a few years ago. We appreciated her expertise and insight so much that when it came time to sell Dad's house, we called for her help again. She was amazing when it came to answering questions. If she didn't know the answer, she knew who to ask. Her familiarity with the Williston community is an important asset that shouldn't be taken for granted. It was refreshing to work with such an attentive and kindhearted realtor.

Bev did an amazing job in selling our house in Stanley. She sold it within a few months of listing it. She handled many extras for us since we were out of state like getting the house professionally cleaned and snow removal. She checked on the house often and when we had a purchaser, she communicated very well with us. Bev had everything ready in advance and there wasn't the last minute closing rush, paperwork was completed early. I would highly recommend Bev if you are selling or purchasing a home.
