Heather recently assisted us with the sale of a house Williston. Heather was a wonderful resource for valuation information, sale price, and ultimately, the quick and successful sale of the house. Heather provided excellent suggestions on improving condition of the property prior to listing which undoubtedly aided with the rapid sale. She was always very responsive to our inquiries and kept us informed of the status of the sale at all stages of the sale process. We highly recommend Heather to help you buy or sell a home. She really went above and beyond in helping us sell our home in Williston. We faced some major issues beyond our control with timing on closing/moving which could have cost us the sale, but she knocked herself out to help us resolve them! She was a joy to work with!

Heathers experience was apparent from our first conversation all the way through closing. Her communication stayed fantastic through multiple walk throughs, writing offers, working with financing and discussing with the sellers. I can't recommend Heather enough. Buying a house is already stressful, I can't imagine it without someone like Heather in your corner.

Heather came to us highly recommended and that was for a reason. She knows her job and does it exceptionally well. Heather explained the selling process to us thoroughly, and answered all of our seemingly endless questions. (at ALL hours...sorry) She kept us positive when things didn't always go 'right' or 'as planned' (real estate transactions rarely do) and kept us focused with timely processes completed to keep the transaction moving as smoothly as possible. Heather is very knowledgeable, and hard working. Constantly brings up things that you may have never thought about, and is always looking out for your best interest. She is very punctual, and detail oriented. She often went above and beyond what was necessary during the home buying process, and helped with getting supporting documents for things like rural water, and HOA covenants.

Heather was wonderful to work with. While viewing houses she looked for things and thought of instances that we, first time buyers, wouldn't have thought of. She only showed us houses that, based on our "wishlist", fit what we had been looking for. During the buying/contract period she fought for our best interest during what can be a stressful time. Knowledgable and trustworthy, I'd highly recommend her!

Heather was a professional from day one. It is important to me, that when you are doing business with someone ,that close contact is kept and contacts with potential buyers is reported back to me. This was done promptly and with accurate information. During the time of the listing she was at the home on several occasions and even done some minor repair that had come up.The home was sold in a short time and for a fair price for buyer and seller. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend Heather, and would be glad to do future business .
