To our demise, we soon realized the current prices and decided it made no sense to sell our home in Hillsborough from a tax perspective. Jordan sold my mother's home in Palo Alto last year (2017). He developed a marketing strategy which sold the house in less than a week. The house needed many repairs and I was doubtful it could be sold in its poor condition. In just three days, he transformed mom's old house and had 10 bids by day six. Needless to say, we accepted the best offer and the rest is history. He's a shark and knows the game. Oh, and the guy has great style. If I were as fit, I would've attempted to include a few of his suits in the deal!
