First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to Katie for her immense effort and commitment in assisting me with my new home purchase and the sale of my previous one! The transaction for the new house was anything but typical; it was exceedingly complex and at times quite frustrating. However, Katie ensured that the entire process was seamless and provided assistance in every possible way. I have never encountered a realtor who is more honest and dedicated. I have often remarked that realtors tend to be 'shady.' For the first time, I can confidently say that I do not feel this way about her. I have shared her name with literally EVERYONE and intend to keep doing so. Additionally, I cannot recommend her highly enough and will never consider using another realtor in the future! She is truly suited for this profession! It was a pleasure working with her, and you genuinely cannot go wrong!
