Katie was so patient with us as we were navigating through what we wanted. We first started out looking for homes and Katie showed us SOO MANY homes and dedicated a lot of time to helping us find our forever home. Although over the course of a few months we took a step back and re-evaluated what we wanted to do and decided on building. For starters I don't right reviews but Katie really went above and beyond helping us. She really impressed us with her attention to details and having all the information on the Properties that we looked at. Also we never felt any pressure to put an offer in on any of the properties until we knew for sure that we had found what we wanted. Katie made our home selling and buying process very easy. We closed on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home all on the same day. With all the moving parts we were a little concerned about it all working out but Katie made it happen just like she said it would and it all went very smoothly.
