I had a service-connected disability the entire time. Zero funding fee. Nobody told me.

That's why I'm standing in front of you today.
I've spent 20 years as a licensed Mortgage Professional and Real Estate Agent exclusively focused on the VA loan benefit. I've closed thousands of VA loans. I've taught thousands of Veterans and real estate professionals what the industry gets wrong — and what you can do about it.
I'm not the guy on TV. I'm not the company with the biggest ad budget. I'm a Marine Veteran who got tired of watching my brothers and sisters leave money on the table because nobody gave it to them straight.

That number pisses me off. Fixing it is my mission.

Working with LeRoy and his team has been such a pleasure. Purchasing a home is certainly stressful, and we were working with a more difficult situation to secure a home loan. After my first call with LeRoy and subsequent calls with Crystal and Brie, I never worried about our loan and I always felt like they were taking care of us and looking out for our best interest. LeRoy and Lotus Financial did a 5 Star job in getting me my home loan. I recently moved to Texas from Arizona, found a home my wife and I loved, and was connected with a local lender here. That lender lacked customer service, and was unfriendly. My wife had not lander her job in Texas yet, and the lender literally told me, "Until your wife lands a job here, talking about strategic financing options and getting you a pre-qual letter is a mute point." i was blown away. I immediately called a friend, who connected me with LeRoy. Within in 20 minutes, Leroy had already figured out the creative financing and had a pre-qual letter sent over. His team was communicative and held my hand the entire way. They took they time to have numerous phone calls throughout the month to explain things, break things down, run scenarios, etc..
