Months before securing Deborah Sharp to sell my house, I contacted Real Estate Agents I Trust. Within literally a day I was chatting with Deborah, explaining the complex situation I was in with an inheritance property that was involved in a court partition. Over the subsequent approximately 6 months, Deborah would drop me a casual email checking on how the legal process was proceeding. I tremendously appreciated her continual contact, which never crossed the line into being annoying.

When the time came to finally put the house up for sale, I ignored the recommendation from my lawyer. Deborah Sharp was the ONLY realtor I considered. The prior year-long, horrific, traumatic legal situation became a breeze once Deborah took the reins. She kept me informed every step of the way, and I can assert that I never sent a text that wasn't answered within minutes. Due to the unusual circumstances, the selling procedure was complex and an array of problems arose, yet Deborah handled each one deftly and confidently. At times she donned the hat of a therapist, helping me through the emotional struggles! The house sold 3 weeks (give or take) after being listed, and although the escrow process dragged out due to the mortgage company, Deborah made it happen. I truly cannot thank her enough and wish I could rate her 10 STARS!

My husband and I decided to move from NC to MS. Started looking on line at homes and got connected with Deborah. She was very helpful throughout the process. Daughter and i drove down and Deborah arranged a entire day for us to tour houses. We continued to look and finally found one we liked. Had issues with the lender we were using and she helped us find another which was great. Took all the time she needed to get us to close. Deborah is kind, caring and know her areas. Deborah Sharp was a great help to us.

We had one condo that fell through at walk through. The owners had taken large items that should have been left. Deborah was supportive and helped us find another condo.

The next one was misrepresented by the owners when they filled out the disclosure. She worked hard to get us our earnest money back.

Our last offer went as smoothly as possible.

She always answered when we called with questions ( which we did often.)

We would use her again.

Taking a big step buying a house is challenging to say the least. Debrah’s hand on the wheel was completely comforting with buying our home.
