Born and raised in Indianapolis and currently residing in Orange County, CA, Paul Scheper earns a fun living as a mortgage lender (FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse, Jumbo, and Portfolio). Paul Scheper was one of the first people my family and I met when we were in the process of relocating to Orange County in mid-2017. To say we found the right guy is an understatement. We did a Reverse Mortgage with Paul. Even though we did understand all the ins and outs it was so nice that Paul was concerned that we understood all the terms. Everything went very smooth thanks to Paul and his team. We were in a time crunch due to the terms changing with the government and I was stressed that we would not make the deadline. But ...Paul made sure that we made the deadline.
You can never go wrong with using Paul. He has our recommendation.
