It is with gratitude and pleasure that I write this review for Trish Hein.
I have known her for almost 7 years. She is an excellent/ go above-and-beyond Real Estate agent. My parents and I were her clients recently and we felt very lucky to have had her as our agent. She helped us find a house to buy, she listened to our needs, did her research, and showed us properties. She was also flexible when we had to adjust our searching criteria. Her knowledge of the area helped us find properties that met our budget. She knows the market really well.

When we had up and downs during the transaction (as many buyers encounter) she was calm, collected and had always great advice. We trusted her and as a result we got a great house. My parents are so so happy and truly thankful for all the work Trish did for us.

She is professional, very knowledgeable, excellent negotiation skills, and more importantly stands up for her clients. We felt so comfortable, she always had our backs. When there were glitches on the seller's side Trish found a solution and was always responsive.
When we are ready to list or buy again we will come to her for sure.

Even though our transaction was a few months ago, Trish has always kept in contact and answered questions that came up later on. She is someone you can keep in touch with (which is very important for new home buyers).

In our home buying experience, Patricia Hein was a very knowledgeable and highly competent realtor. In addition to her professionalism, she was a very calming and reassuring agent during our nerve racking home buying experience, especially when we were dealing with the banks. She was guiding us through the complicated process in a very competent and friendly way. After we met her, we quickly understood that she was not there to push us buy a house so that she can collect her commission; instead she was there for us to help us find a house that we love and raise our family in. Her guidance was clear and her knowledge was of great use for us so that we can avoid all the pitfalls. Her response to our phone calls and questions was quick and illuminating. We were glad she was our realtor and she will be the first person that I will talk to if I am in the real estate market again. We were first time home buyers, and we had a fantastic experience. Trish was incredibly knowledgeable of neighborhoods across San Jose and Santa Clara, and worked effectively to make sure we were on top of new offerings as soon as they came to market without pressuring us, pushing past our boundaries, or wasting our time on houses that didn't suit our needs. We ended up with a fantastic deal on a great house in Willow Glen that we purchased off a short sale. Trish did a great job keeping us informed and protected through the four months between our offer and closing, and she put a priority on our interests over her profit. She's a model of competence and professionalism and my wife and I still consider her a friend, and resource. If you are trying to buy a home, I would encourage you to enlist Trish as your advocate in the process.

Almost two years ago I met Trish at an open house and told her about my dream to own an investment house. I did not think at the time that it was possible. It was just a dream.

A few days later I got a call from Trish telling me about a house in the market and that is how it all began. She worked with me tiredesly until we found the right house. She was creative and pursued all opportunities that made the house more affordable. It was not easy to get the house we got, but through her constant work always looking out for me she made it possible. Two years later, the house has never been vacant and has already appraised above my purchase price. I give her my highest recommendation.

We purchased a home with the help of Patricia Hein. Mrs. Hein's is very professional, hard working and very knowledgeable of all aspects of purchasing and selling a home. She was very quick with all the paper work to close the purchase of the home and we were very impressed with her vast knowledge and connections in the real estate field.
