Mike was awesome! He communicated with both myself and our client without prompting. He provided updates throughout escrow and communicated with the listing agent as well. The sign of a truly professional lender is one who is able to explain, in a concise manner to both client and agent(s), and that is exactly what he did. Mike was really friendly, responsive, and flexible throughout the whole process! He was always available to answer any questions (and I had lots). He also always kept us updated regarding everything that was going on which was extremely helpful. And on top of that he helped us find homeowners insurance which was extremely helpful due to the fact that our new home was in a high fire area so we were constantly getting denied with so many different companies. He made the process extremely easy and straightforward! He wont steer you wrong and will help make it happen!

As an experienced home buyer, I asked for Michael's help with a situation that required his broker expertise and advice. After the initial loan application, he gave me realistic parameters to work with. Due to Michael's hard work and diligence, I was approved and closed on my new home in just 28 days! During the whole process, he proactively communicated with both brokers and myself to make sure that he covered all aspects of the purchase. He handled my questions and concerns with ease and grace. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we were really excited, but scared to start the home buying process. There were a lot of unknowns for us, and we wanted a lender that we could trust to get the best possible rates during this competitive market.

Mike immediately constructed a plan for us, and did everything he could to go above and beyond for our loan. We were able to have two of our offers accepted immediately with an FHA loan! He even called some of the agents to give them everything they needed to have peace of mind about having a smooth transaction process.
I am so thankful for Mike, and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Mike was seriously the best!! The process was extremely smooth, no stress, very knowledgable, all of the above. Mike was even on vacation in Hawaii and STILL worked so hard to get us this house, Like worked harder than people that were at their regular jobs at home! I have had the privilege and joy of knowing and working with Mike on multiple mortgages over a period of eleven years, going back all the way to 2011. I recommend Mike to you with no hesitation or qualification whatsoever.

He is a man of impeccable integrity, unrivaled professionalism, and he is a mortgage broker that just knows how to get things done. He is incredibly resourceful, has a wonderful team working with him, and in spite of his many gifts and skills he still manages to be one the friendliest, kindest, most down to earth people I have ever known or dealt with.

In 2011 he helped my family with a very difficult modification. Back when the housing market crashed, I found myself with a mortgage that was underwater. It did not have a fixed rate, nor were the taxes included! It was a nightmare, but Mike was somehow able to get me some $70,000 forgiven, got me a lower fixed rate, and had my monthly payment lowered!

Ten years later in January of 2021, I was able to refinance the loan on a duplex and pulled enough money for a downpayment for another home. Of course, Mike again got me excellent results. Moving forward one year, I was able to close on a new home (01/05/22). Mike got me an excellent rate, referred me to a superb realtor, who managed to get me a house in a prime neighborhood in Westchester. I was able to buy the home for less money than it was valued. Mike got my loan started, approved and funded in less than 21 days, even though Christmas and New Years were included in this timeframe.

Buying a home and doing a loan modification can be very stressful. Have Mike confidently and calmly do the heavy lifting for you. I cannot recommend him enough.

Mike and staff did a great job with my loan- when it came to speed, keeping me posted of where we were in the process by far exceeded my expectations. Mike stepped in and helped me when after I had been working with another mortgage company and they dropped the ball. Mike picked up their mess and had everything sorted out and in about six weeks getting my loan completed (something the other mortgage company had not been able to do in 8 months of stringing me along to do a VA Loan refi). Thank you Mike for your excellent work ethic and how seamless you and Ron made this process. Thank you guys for always keeping me posted and accommodating my difficult schedule even if it meant calling after hours or on weekends just to ensure that I knew what was needed on my part. To be successful in a competitive home buying market, like the one we're currently in, you must have the right people advising you.
