Connor worked with exemplary professionalism and work ethic to help sell our home! He was always available when we had questions. When we would request a conference call with him or a meeting, he was so efficient in making sure it happened and that we understood the process from listing through the closing. Connor made it his business to know every square foot of our home and the value each living area brought to the buyer. He knew the features of our home that we lived in for 17 years almost as well as we knew them, which was just incredible! Finally, his marketing and promotional strategies are top notch as he uses various marketing tools of the highest quality to cast a wide net to reach potential buyers.

Connor Raymer with Next Home Realty Experts did a 5 star job with our sale! Connor sold us our home initially years prior to re-listing. He had our home listed with an attractive big sign in the yard within a week of initial contact, he was very responsive to questions and extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Viewings were easy to plan through Zillow, and e-docs were available to us through the entire sale to stay-safe-at-home while reducing travel and printing as well. Our home was under contract within 30 days, we had a mail away closing that I assumed would be complicated, however, Connor truly made the sale from start to finish easy and was spectacular answering any and all questions we had throughout the entire process!! My family is extremely pleased with the outcome! Thank you Connor and Next Home Realty Experts for helping us reach our goal!

Not being a Bowling Green resident myself, Connor was very accommodating in helping me search for an investment property. He gave me plenty of insight into different areas of town, and he went to homes to take photos/videos when I couldn't be there myself. Connor was a true professional in listing and selling my mothers home. He listed it, and right away it started showing. He has a lot of tools to provide everyone with details on any property. After he listed it, we had a lot of showings, and it was sold in less than two weeks. Process was quick, and efficient. Connor did an excellent job helping us find our next house, we have two small children and he worked around our crazy schedules to best accommodate us.
We had our previous home listed “for sale by owner,” after it went under contract Connor consistently checked all contracts/ paperwork for our old house to get ensure we were being protected in the sale. That is extreme customer service!
Even after we closed on our new house, Connor is still serving as a middle man to fix minor problems that we’ve come across since we moved in. He hasn’t stopped working on our behalf for over a month! Thanks Connor for protecting us, finding us the perfect house, and going to bat for us on multiple occasions!
