My husband and I recently needed Kirsten and John David’s services to sell my fathers’ home. The home was a bit run down, but in a good neighborhood. The David’s provided great advice for items to spend time and money on repairing and items to leave as is. They are friendly, down to earth and make the home selling process seamless. We were very happy with the results and could recommend them to anyone.

Kirsten has sold several homes for me and always did a great job. The last home was a manufactured home where the loan process for the buyers had many more requirements. She always went the extra mile in negotiating the sales prices and provided great, professional pictures for marketing online.. Her knowledge and communication was excellent..

Kirsten David recently sold my home for over the asking price and in less than a month of it listing! Since my house was empty, because I'd moved 3 states away, Kirsten staged my home, inside and out to make it look inviting and warm. I trusted her completely with taking care of my property, since I could't pysically be there. She patiently, remotely, walked me through all inspections and the escrow process, right to the final signature. I could not have asked for better representation.

It was a fantastic experience, working with Kirsten selling my property! I’ve been working with Kirsten for a number of years. When there were requests to show my house on days when I had to work, she would graciously take my dog for a car ride so the house could be shown. I am the trustee of my late fathers family trust. I have a fiduciary responsibility to the heirs to sale dads house for the highest price I can get. Needless to say I am nervous about my duties. We CANNOT say enough how wonderful Kirsten and John David made our home buying experience! This was not the first time we have worked with them. When we left Sacramento in 2006, they sold our home for us, and now when we were relocating back home to the Sacramento Area from Seattle there was no one else we would have turned to. Not only did they find everything we needed in a home....no steps....pool....nice neighborhood....one level ….and not on top of another home...they went above and beyond to help us get into it quickly, helped find and orchestrate contractors to have some work done to it before we moved in, and guided us every step of the way while we were in Seattle. It was just a few months back I had the pleasure of meeting the duo team John and Kirsten David. They were referred to me by another Realtor that I was very well-acquainted with and reluctant to let go. But the area was unfamiliar to my friend so I agreed to go along with the new Realtors. I am a first time buyer, and our situation is very common but our circumstances were very different. I was in needed to hurry and get a home as soon as I could. My goals and main priority was to find a home that was safe inside as well as outside. I care for both my son and my father and my goal was to get them a place that would suit our needs, my budget, and something to build unforgettable and yet cherished memories.

I first met Kirsten and John they both willing to help me in every way possible. They were both an awesome team who worked hard to help me meet my goal. Despite whatever challenges they have to deal with on a personal level ( John was later hospitalized) they still pushed forward and continued to have an optimistic viewpoint. Kirsten remained focused on task and displayed a perfect PR and handled things in an excellent manner She is an amazing person and an excellent Realtor. I did not ever feel I was misled or steered in a wrong way.

She has the ability to connect with her clients to help them find exactly what they need. She is tenacious and completely dedicated in every way. I would recommend her and her team members to anyone. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Kirsten and John immediately felt like the right realtors for us! We were looking for someone who really wanted to help us find a home in today’s market.
We had already tried out another realtor before them, and did not have a pleasant experience.
Kirsten and John really took the time to get to know us and know what we were looking for.
They knew how to help our offer stand out for today’s crazy market!
When we had questions, or something didn’t make sense to us, they were always there to answer their phone or text.
Kirsten also did a great job of communicating with the selling agents.
We put in a few offers before we got an offer accepted, but Each time it was apparent that the selling agents were really impressed with her professionalism, and wanted to to go through with her offers.
She is always two steps ahead!
