Great Guy all around. Went out of his way for my family & I. He’s very knowledgeable of the area & business. He’s not rushing you to buy or pushy or nor gets discouraged when you can’t make your mind up as I did. He did things for us I’m positive other realtors would Not do for there clients. He always answered the phone unless with a client, but then he always called back. Even after hrs late at night he answered the call. As he puts it, he’s always on the clock for his clients. Stand up Guy for real. If you went with any other realtor all I can say is Goodluck. I honestly don’t think your gonna find a better person in the business. Ken was awesome ! He created a beautiful listing description of my house with rare attention to all details. His "team" quickly staged my home, created outstanding photography, and presented a state of the art virtual tour for potential buyers. He involved himself wholeheartedly in each of those tasks, paying careful attention to my desires, needs, questions and concerns. I am very familiar with agent practices in Atlanta and in Los Angeles. I found his "cutting edge" approach to be outstanding ! His expertise in valuing my home created a big added profit for me. We became great friends; he even came over to help me when I was packing to move! Thanks Ken ...you are a real GIFT in this industry!

Thanks Ken, for all your help selling our land. You did a fantastic job and sold it in record time. My wife and I had our land listed with another realtor for 2 years and it never sold and only had 2 clients who were interested. It was listed with yoh back in July and it sold in 6 months. Ken was very easy to get in touch with and always answered our emails/texts promptly. We were always kept informed of the buyers position and paperwork needed via docusign. We will definetly use Ken Harshbarger again for our realestate needs.

Ken went above and beyond to help me sell my rental property. Due to buyer problems, the first two sales fell through, after he had already worked hard both times. Finally he found a third buyer and the sale was completed. He actually had to market and sell my rental property three times to get one commission. I highly recommend Ken, and I would not even consider using any other realtor for future real estate needs.
