Kurt is the guy you want to make the deal! We found a house we loved and we weren't in the strongest position in the moment. Kurt made the deal happen and got us into our new home! He was there step by step to check paperwork and make sure there were no surprises and showed up for all the signings to make sure everything was in our best interest. You can tell he's got years of experience and really knows his stuff.

My husband and I have done multiple transactions with Kurt and hands down would recommend him to anyone. He is definitely the guy to get the job done. The most recent transaction was dealing with closing out my moms estate. I must state this was very emotional transaction, dealing with multiple parties who had vested interest, all of which who live in different cities and Kurt ensured every little thing got taken care of.
