She knew it was the perfect property for us so we did a video tour right then and there! She sold the house before it was actually 'for sale'!

Once we had our meeting with Stacy to sell our condo she wasted no time in finding buyers, three couples to be exact. The first two didn’t work out but that did not seem to thwart Stacy’s enthusiasm. Purchasing property as an absentee buyer can be challenging. Having a local agent who is prompt with communication/status is exactly what we received working with Bonaire Real Estate Group (BREG). This being our first-time purchase on the island made the process even more daunting, again BREG to the rescue! It quickly became apparent that both Stacy and Bailey took pride in being very responsive and thorough with communication with us.
To say that either of these two are not committed to helping their clients would be a huge injustice. Quickly my nickname for Stacy was “My Island Shark”, if there were objectives that needed to be handled, she did not rest until these were completed to our mutual satisfaction.
As far as local expertise, I am not sure you could find a better liaison for U.S. buyers navigating the Dutch traditions/standards on Bonaire. Not only could she understand our perspective but Stacy could explain the process and how it differed from our familiar processes. Stacy also was very kind in answering many of my questions that were probably more island culture questions instead of real estate questions. Stacy understands the emotional side of what the buyers are experiencing so there were really no questions that were considered non-relevant.
Our transaction had a few bumps in the road that left us and Stacy dumbfounded at certain points. Did these slow down my Island Shark, not even for one minute, Stacy dug in with even more enthusiasm. They say that sharks are always moving, I guess this is just one more thing Stacy has in common with them.
