Realtor Intero Real Estate Corporate 1993530
SF Bay Area Realtor
As a San Francisco native, the Bay Area is the only home Melissa has ever known. Melissa developed an interest in real estate early on under the influence of her father, a real estate broker, and her family, first generation immigrants and real estate enthusiasts. Her father often recalls the story of Melissa selling her first home as an infant while accompanying him to an open house. Propped up on the kitchen counter in her carseat, Melissa's charm led to the sale of the home at an unbelievably high price at the time.

Throughout her youth, Melissa attended open houses with her mother and grandmother, studied real estate magazines, and followed home renovation shows. Melissa knew she would eventually obtain a license in real estate herself, it was just a matter of time. With experience in community advocacy, education, and healthcare, Melissa is well equipped to fight for her clients' best interests through negotiation and education. Through compassion and care for details, Melissa is dedicated to providing unparalled service in helping clients reach their real estate goals. An alumnus of Lowell High School and UC Berkeley, Melissa spends her free time teaching group fitness and serving as a board member of The Richmond Neighborhood Center, a local nonprofit.

Melissa was wonderful to work with. She was quickly responsive to all our questions and helped shepherd us through our first experience leasing out our property with confidence. She is very knowledgeable and was a great resource for us throughout the process. Super fun and easy to work with, we would be happy to recommend her and work with her again!

Melissa went above and beyond helping us prepare, show and sell
the house on Ewing Terrace. She helped clean it out and managed
to sell on ebay many of the leftover belongings not wanted by any
of the relatives, something folks such as myself are not skilled in doing.
If I was going to buy or sell a house in San Francisco again I would
not hesitate in using her services.
