Danielle has been managing 2 of our rental properties (one an investment property and one that was our personal home) for the past 4 years. I can't say enough good things about her. We live out of state and I rarely hear anything from her.....and in this case that's amazing! She takes care of our homes as if they are her own. We've worked with other property management companies and it's always the same story. High repair bills (constantly) and a revolving door of tenants. WE HAVE HAD THE SAME TENANTS IN BOTH OF OUR PROPERTIES since Danielle took over!! That's virtually unheard of. Danielle went out and found the tenants unlike the "others" who post on the mls and just wait for someone to come to them. After all, these are investments and the goal is to maximize your earnings!
