He received an AA degree from Contra Costa College and a BA degree from San Jose State University. Chuck started his real estate career in San Francisco and and worked in San Francisco and the Peninsula areas and as far south as Los Gatos. As a lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Chuck is familiar with many of the the Bay Area cities. Chuck has served on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, Chuck was the President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors in 2008. Chuck has also served on the Board of Directors of the California Assocation of Realtors and on the professional standards committee of the San Mateo Association of Realtors. We began working with Chuck in the summer of 2017 when relocating after retirement became our focus. Chuck was always available, by phone or personally, to answer questions and to physically go over what was necessary and what was optional for the sale of our home of 45 years. Chuck Colliver recently sold our condo in San Francisco. The time to sell was not the best. It was not long after Christmas, the weather was very rainy and the city was dealing with Superbowl.
Chuck took very good care of our condo while showing it.
Chuck worked very hard and after many showings, found us a very good buyer.

My mother passed away in February of this year, I was appointed executrix of the estate. A friend knew I was in need of a Realtor and recommended Chuck Colliver .
I had no concept what was involved in selling a home, not only of the legal aspect of selling it, but also, the emotional part of selling my moms house. It was the house that I grew up in and all the wonderful and joyous events that my siblings and I had in that home. I didn't realize how emotional it would be in selling that home, Chuck was very understanding of that.
After getting the house ready, it was finally able to be listed. From the beginning Chuck kept me well informed on everything, he made calls daily to update me on the progress of the selling of the house and always assured me how things were moving along.
With the house being listed just a few weeks ago, little did I know it would be sold so quickly and sold for much more than I thought. I am so thankful to have met Chuck, and to have had him for my Realtor, I can't thank him enough for a job well done!

I first got licensed in 1998 and went directly to Century 21 Alliance on a recommendation where Chuck Colliver was the Broker. His new agent training was invaluable! I hit the ground running and had my first escrow not long after that. After a series of realtors who seemed either more interested in their own agenda, or were flat out hostile in our attempting to sell our house above market and thereby avaoid a short sale, we found Chuck to be friendly, very knowledgable of our market in Westlake, and very down to earth.
