Lane was very intuitive, and after going through one house with me he knew exactly what I was looking for. He was always available when I needed anything, but never made me feel pressured. Above all else he sinceerly wanted to make sure we got the right house for me. Lane is very knowledgeable, and his attention to detail was beyond reproach. He also made sure I knew what to do every step of the way as a first time home buyer. There were a few critical points in the process, and he really went the extra mile to make those go smoothly. When I was ready to search for a home in the Columbus area, I choose Lane on the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law. Lane was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like he had my best interest at heart.

Lane has been great to work with.

My wife and I met him during an open house which he hosted. Our first impression of him was that he was friendly and not pushy or overly eager to sell like other agents that we came across in the past.

As we are first time home buyers, Lane gave us a lot of advice and contacts to get us ready for the seller's market in Columbus. We probably visited more than 30 houses in total with Lane, from existing houses to new builds. We initially were unsure of our specific liking for location, size and types of house. He took the time to understand our price range and preference and made suggestion on houses that suit us or not.

When we finally decide on a house to put an offer, Lane was transparent in the process and helped us effectively communicate with the seller's agent about our concerns during the closing process. His expertise in the market, professionalism and drive helped us close our ideal house.

Lane takes your search personally and listens to understand your needs and desires. He was also extremely helpful through the selling process. We had never sold a house before and he walked us through the process and was able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Lane to find your next house and to sell your current house. Let me preface this recommendation with I have had some sub par experiences with previous real estate agents in past transactions. We were moving across the country, and had very little knowledge of Columbus or the local housing market. Lane was very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile every step of the way to educate us on the area and market through every step of the process.

Lane worked diligently and took us to tour over 50 properties until we found the perfect home for us (we were very picky). He put our needs first and foremost above all else, and he absolutely did not stop until he was confident we didn't only have a new home, we had OUR new home. I can't describe enough how invaluable he was to our relocation; looking back, I have no idea how we would have done it without him.

To summarize, just use Lane for your next sale or home purchase. He will make sure he does everything in his power to make sure you are happy.

I wish I had the option of greater than 5 stars, but I guess I will have to settle with typing what an awesome experience we had with Lane and the Next Home Experience team. My husband and I have worked with a few realtors in the past and we had no idea how awesome an agent could be until we met Lane. He was always professional, available to answer our many questions, provide unbiased advice and never led us in the wrong direction. He walked us through every step of the buying process and was so patient with us as we navigated through the difficult Columbus market. Lane helped a family sell a house out of a probate estate and did a fantastic job. He gave sound advice all the way through the process, from determining the bear minimum that needed to be done to fix the house up for a quick sale, to what list price would attract the most attention and lead to the quickest sale at the best price, to how to navigate the "request-for-remedy" stage of the negotiation.
