My family and I are living in our dream home because of Jennifer! We even started out as long-distance clients in Virginia and she'd facetime us when physically visiting the houses and neighborhoods so that I could see it for myself as best as possible. Unlike most realtors whose eyes are just on their commission, Jennifer protected me from submitting offers on houses that prices are inflated ("I am walking on this old carpet in this bathroom right now that you can't see over the phone...and I would never let you put an offer of over $XXXXXXX for this low quality."). I'm not one for writing reviews because people's opinions vary a great deal and expectations are fluid. That said I did have an exceptional experience using Jennifer on the purchase of our house and the eventual sale of the same house 3 years later. One of the things I really like about Jennifer is that she is very organized. She set expectations up-front with regard to marketing our property for sale and delivered on those expectations. Jennifer understands the market in the area and is well-versed in Carlsbad real estate. On both the buying side and selling side Jennifer made a very chaotic experience easy to understand.

Jen helped us buy our house 7 years ago, and was FANTASTIC, so when it came time to sell the same house last month, we called Jen right away. As expected, she surpassed our expectations....again!! The sale had several issues, all on the buyers side, and Jen was amazing at sorting through the red tape, staying on every detail that the buyer's and their lender were dropping, and did not stop until we had everything taken solved. The closing went through, and yet again, Jen made sure we were taken care of. If you want someone who will follow thru, close every detail, and most important....advocate for you, Jen is your agent!!
