There aren't enough words to convey how exceptional my experience with Claudia had been. Although I knew her personally for many years, for purchasing my first home, I needed someone I could not only trust, but be confident in professionally (who would also hold my hand throughout the whole overwhelming process AND be understanding of my 'must have's'!). And Claudia was more than I could've ever hoped for in every regard. She was knowledgeable, always attentive, took the right risks when needed and most importantly - she was honest, putting my well being ahead of 'just business'. Ultimately I got a beautiful home thanks to her in a very tough market and I'm forever grateful. I would definitely recommend her!

Claudia is a complete professional and the absolute BEST to work with! She 100% got us our dream house through her thorough understanding of the market / seller sticking points, speed / efficiency of getting through the process, and expert negotiating skills. The sellers were about to accept another offer, but Claudia worked her magic and convinced them that we were the right buyers for the home. She very much listens to her clients and is always available to answer questions and accommodate our needs. accessibility: Claudia was always to willing to meet up and ck out a home at a moments notice. This supercharged housing sellers-market was NUTS, but she did her due diligence by screening homes and making recommendations. She's knowledgeable, energetic, and sincere...we recommend using Claudia as your agent.

I cannot recommend Claudia enough. I was extremely nervous about finding the right agent. I spend a lot time thinking about what questions to ask, what qualifications I was looking for, etc. Claudia showed up to my interview fully prepared, she had all the answers to my questions and more that I didn't even know to ask. She had prepared a powerpoint presentation detailing all the recent sales in my building, photos of each unit, pricing, etc. She really, really knows her stuff. I signed up with Claudia to buy and sell. We just completed the buying transaction and she was with me every step of the way. She not only listened to me when I described what I was looking for, she heard me and delivered. She patiently took me around from house to house until I found exactly what I wanted. They buying process was challenging as we had a difficult seller, but no matter the roadblock we ran into, Claudia was never phased. She handled everything professionally, calmly and assertively! I knew at every step of the way she had my back. She also connected me with an incredible mortgage broker. A power-packed dynamic team. I strongly recommend Claudia. Claudia is incredibly proficient at her job!!! She worked diligently to sell our old house and buy the new one. She made it possible to get our new home against all the odds! The house we bought was on market only for 2 days, had few more contracts. Our contract had financial contingency, which makes it weeker than others. But , she pulled it out with her knowledge and expertise and we won the contract. She is absolutely fantastic!!!
