Lloyd Ann is the best realtor I know, she works very hard to find you the right home. In the years that I've known her and watched her doing her job, she's on call all hours of the day and night. I don't ever remember a Thanksgiving or Christmas that if the phone rang, she would excuse herself from dinner and take the call, and if someone wanted to see a house, she would go show it. If you are looking for a house, give her a call.

If you are looking for a new home Lloyd Ann is the person to see. We were looking for homes for a potential buy out of our present home. Lloyd Ann listened to our wants and needs and was VERY attentive. At one point we had asked to look at a particular home, she had showed up early to the home and called us with her opinion that it would not work for our family, there were too many levels. She takes her time with you, she does not pressure you ( a HUGE plus in our book), she lets you look over her website and sets up times to view the homes that we wanted to view that were convenient for us. I believe that she was fair to the seller and to us as the buyer. If there were issues with the home she as a realtor is not permitted to point them out, but if we would find something and point it out to her she was then able to discuss her thoughts. She would always point out small renovations or modifications if something was not exactly as we wanted. If you are looking for a hard working, not pushy realtor then I would Highly suggest Lloyd Ann.

Lloyd and was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely available at every call. We lived out of state and she was able to sell it doing all the necessary work with little or no conflict for me. I highly recommend her I give her a five star.
