Robin was the right Realtor to hire when it seems like everyone and their brother is an agent these days. She is highly organized, professional, courteous, and responds quickly to text and emails (and I had many!). Home selling is never straightforward and she always had good advice and a battle plan in her back-pocket when the bumps came. The NextHome systems she uses are modern and easy to use on your phone, which it made it easier for me to sign and approve things away from my computer. Her advertising was spot-on and her pictures and video of the house were beautiful. Robin has the experience I needed to sell a niche home in a city that generally gets a bad wrap - and it sold for full asking price! I was really happy to have her in my corner to get through this process.

Very smooth process , advised us well when needed. When things got a little stressful at the end to no fault of hers or ours she handled it with ease and grace. I could not recomend her more to anyone looking to purchase a home. If we do sell our current home she will be the first person I ask to represent us.

We moved to Virginia from out of state and wanted an agent who understood the great bridge/hickory area/schools etc, so we chose Robin!! It was important that our agent be patient, attentive, and available since we only had specific time frames to fly in and house search. She was all of these. Robin has always been wonderful to work with. I first heard about her because my brother and father worked with her to sell their homes and she helped me buy mine. The market is very competitive right now and it take a lot of patience to find the right one and not jump into a bad deal. I never felt pressured to buy a house and we ended up with a house my family and I enjoy.
