Melinda was our agent for buying a new home as well as selling our old home. She did a great job explaining everything and selling our home was seamless. My wife Noemi has already written a review on the buying of the new house in which Melinda was equally helpful. Make sure to check out that review as well!

I have used Melinda both for buying and selling my home. I cannot recommend her enough! She is very transparent and informative. She says it like it is and will be honest with you. She helped me buy my home through FaceTime during COVID and would help me understand floor plan and traffic patterns to get to the homes I wanted to look at. She told me both good and bad. Helped me choose the best place for that part of my life. I used her again to sell my home when I was leaving the state and she was easy to get ahold of. Prompt with all interactions and no nonsense. If you want a down to earth realtor please consider Melinda!!!!!

Melinda did a great job helping us with our home sale. She gave us great suggestions for staging to make our home as appealing as possible.
She sold our home within a month's time on the market, which was fantastic as the market has been rather slow.

I have bought and sold several properties over the last 15+ years and Melinda, by far, was the most attentive at addressing my needs and desires throughout the process. She searched my sometimes changing requests to find me the perfect house that met all of my investment needs. She advocated for me with the seller to get closing credits for items that were not required to be covered by the seller, but he agreed. The closing was done remotely and she kept me informed throughout the process up to and through remote closing out of state. I could not more highly recommend her for real estate needs, whether a personal home or investment. Thank you, Melinda!

Melinda helped me purchase my home and was great throughout the entire process! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and walked me through each step in the process to make home buying feel easy!

I sold one of my rental properties remotely through Melinda. The unit needed 26k in repairs, multiple contractors, coordination of each. Deadlines to be met. Quality of upgrades to optimize sale. As you may well know, rehab is a quagmire of contractors, permits, inspections, and appraisals.
How much of this did I handle?
Zilch.
Melinda effectively became realtor and General Contractor. The work done was excellent. Thus the property sold for full listed price within 5 days.
If you seek an ethical, moral, dedicated, organized realtor with an eye for design, and detail. I believe it fair to say Melinda would be the way to go. Five days from listing to sale—
She created the demand and held the value of the home to its max potential. Job—
Well done.

Melinda Swager was our listing agent and we could not have chosen anyone better! Melinda is the consummate professional and yet that’s only the tip of the iceberg. Melinda listened to everything that we were looking for in a house. She did an excellent job making time for us to go see houses. She was very honest when answering any questions we had as this was our first time buying a house. Just in general, she went above and beyond. She was very thorough, followed up on every aspect, and communicated well! We could not have been more happy with her as our realtor!
AP
Melinda was absolutely amazing. She was able to set us up to look at an abundance of properties and allowed us to customize lists for which ones to see in person. As first time home buyers she made this process really easy, has information for everything we needed and recommended or already had someone available to complete the various tasks that come with home buying, i.e. inspections and appraisals. She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and worked well with the seller to get us an awesome place for a good deal. I would recommend her highly and will continue to use her for future home buying endeavors.
