Our house selling experience with Nancy was terrific. She was positive, enthusiastic, insightful and on-top of everything throughout the process. She truly is a full-service agent, from getting the house ready by handling projects prior listing and staging herself to the smallest details of our move out for our peace of mind. From prior experience we know that one of the keys to a successful sale is to set a listing price that both 1) we, as sellers, returns the value that we see in the property and 2) is attractive to potential buyers. Nanci gave us valuable insight into the market, which enabled us to set an aggressive listing price.

In marketing the property, Nancy was very effective in using social media. She was also very persistent, holding many open houses and making those open houses welcoming to potential buyers and real estate agents. She was also very practical in the manner that the property was staged. It was staged to reflect its architectural features and promote the property as one of a kind.

In the final analysis, the property sold for 135% per square foot of comparable sales in our area. In other words the property sold for $220 per square foot more than then comparable sales in our area. That is quite an accomplishment at any time; but she did it over the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays.

We would definitely use Nancy as our realtor in a future sale.
