I bought a home in Rossmoor last month from Sheron McCormack and, much later than I intended, I would like to recap my experience of that transaction with you. In a word.....EXCELLENT! I have just recently completed the sale of my home on Ptarmigan .I have worked with Sheron and Yvonne
on both buying and selling .They are a great team and frankly with all the additional issues that intells
realestate in Rosmore you need a team to get through the red tape.
There are so many considerations in buying or selling ,price ,location condition ,permits past and present
inspections closing the right price etc.
Having experienced agent or team that has experience of knowing what to do when to get the job done.
Often as in my case we were always being told about a inspection or permit that had been done and
Sheron truly had issues so that duplications that would involve cost and time were not needed.
I feel that I had a team with my best interest.
