Kent was awesome to work with. He was patient with my confusion of the whole selling and buying process! He explained everything I didn't understand. He made offers to me NO other realtor has ever done such things as finding people to help me move if I needed it , people to come to the house I sold and clean if I didn't have time and 50/50 share on the installation of central air. I would not ever hesitate to recommend Kent to others and definitely will use Kent in the future. His kids are pretty cute too!!!!!

2- We also purchased two investment rentals at the same time and not only did Kent help get the best deal possible ... he got additional repairs included in the purchase AND he found two qualified renters while we were doing the closing.

Kent did a great job for us helping us to prepare the house for showing. We had enough showings to keep us really busy and had an offer, that met all our requirements. We had some bumps on the way to the closing, but Kent negotiated some good solutions. We would highly recommend his services.

If you are in need of a truly awesome Realtor call Kent Swenson!! He really knows the Brainerd Lakes Area housing market whether in town, in the country or around the many lakes. Buying or selling a home is very stressful but Kent helped to take a lot of that stress away throughout the whole process. We know that he was the ONLY realtor that would be able to sell our house because we were out of state sellers and needed a "hands on" Realtor and not just someone that wanted a listing! Just can't say enough about how kind and honest he is.
