I cannot recommend John enough! We had been looking for a home to eventually retire to for 5 years and John was there every step of the way. We really appreciated his help when we had last minute requests. Once we did find our place, John and his entire team - especially Heather, were easy to work with and quick! He found us a rate we were very happy with. He also has helped us refinance our current home - multiple times. He is someone we continue to refer our friends and family to, as we have a lot of trust in his work!

John did a great job for us with the Consolidation Loan that he put together. We had 3 mortgage loans of which 2 were variable rate loans and 1 fixed rate loan. John worked up a Consolidation Loan that paid off the 3 mortgage loans and basically reduced our monthly mortgages paid out by $3,000 with a 5% fixed interest rate for 30 years. So my wife and I were very pleased with the way that John worked this great deal for us and he watched the interest rates and the market for us and picked the ideal time to lock in the interest rate for us. Also, we were happy with the fact that when it came to getting the loan docs signed that John arranged for a person to come up to Las Vegas with the docs for us to sign. Then John was liberal with providing us with a loan credit at the closing such that my wife and I received a $1200 check after the Consolidation Loan closed. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the work that John did for us and we would give John a Five Star Recommendation to anyone who needs a loan representative.
