In the Fall of 1986, after recently moving to Newport Beach from Park City, Utah, Coleen Brennan made a career change that would alter her life in ways she never imagined. After more than a decade of financial success running her own manufacturer's rep firm in the snow sports industry--earning a pilot's license and flying her own plane to service her accounts in the Rocky Mountain states--she traversed into the highly competitive real estate arena.

Fast-forward nearly 35 years and today Coleen has a list of clients and property transactions that consistently rank her among the top agents in the country. She is tremendously knowledgeable about the local market and took us from the Balboa Peninsula to Laguna with many stops in between to help us discover the style of living we prefer.
