Mitch was very patient with us - even taking us twice to some properties when my husband's and my schedules did not allow us to be looking together. Mostly, we could not afford what we wanted and didn't want what we could afford, but we eventually found a place that we are extremely happy with that checked all of our boxes. Mitch Frisch was our realtor for our dream home. We had a very specific image of the home we wanted as well as the price range we were comfortable with. It was a bit of a challenge, because our taste in quality and upgrades desired was challenging to find, but we were not in a hurry, so the process took about a year.
