We’ve used Mark twice now for 2 jumbo loans, and both times he’s made it so easy and painless. Still can’t believe how smoothly everything went with no headache for loans well over $1 million. We are self employed and have a short sale on our credit, which made it difficult to obtain loans with other lenders. But Mark made it happen easily with very low fees and good interest rate. We closed on time with no issues whatsoever. I will continue to give him my business in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lender!

Mark provided an excellent level of customer service. Through a quick phone call, he was able to quote me an excellent rate on a 30 yr loan, collect the needed information and lock the loan. He was very organized and professional, seamlessly identifying and collecting the documentation. During the loan process he worked directly with the escrow office and real estate agent to ensure that closing happened without issue in less than 30 days, greatly simiplifying the process for me.
