Early in my career, I realized the value of following through on my commitments and making sure my clients were happy. Now the majority of my business comes from repeat clients and their personal referrals. I believe in educating borrowers up front and take great pride in hearing how easy the process was for my clients.

Kara really went the extra mile to help us close on our first home. She was responsive to our many questions, worked and reworked the numbers to get us the best rate and the most value out of the available programs from the VA and our state's first time home-buyers programs. When we were delayed by the VA's final approval on closing, she gave us updates at least once a day, and would even respond to our emails on weekends.
